All food is prepared on our premises on the day of your event. We use only the highest quality of meats, vegetables and fruits. Ourselves and the Staff of Bert's Catering work very hard to make your event a memorable one.

All menus include china and linen unless otherwise noted.

Served Dinner

All Meals are served with your choice of soup, tomato juice or garden salad. 
Choice of potato, two vegetables, rolls, dessert, tea and coffee.

 

POULTRY

1/2 Oven Roasted Chicken
(Oven cooked with our own blend of spices, served with a mushroom wine sauce.)

Chicken Cordon Bleu - 10oz
(Boneless chicken breast, stuffed with smoked Canadian ham, Swiss cheese, medium cheddar & parsley.  Topped with a creamy port & mushroom sauce.)

Bert's' Special Chicken Breast
(Boneless chicken breast, stuffed with rice, diced onions, garlic, mushrooms & fresh herbs.  Served with a dubonet red wine sauce.)

Broiled Boneless Chicken Breast - 8oz (Served with a roasted garlic & green pepper sauce.)

Chicken Supreme
(Stuffed with goat cheese, spinach, fresh basil served with an apricot cream sauce.)

 Oven Roasted Turkey
(The old traditional way.  Sage stuffing and a mouth watering gravy.)

Roasted Duck Breast
(Marinated with ginger, salt, pepper and served with a mandarin cream sauce.)

Romaine lettuce & creamy dressing.  Served with croutons, bacon and parmesan cheese

Thin slices of cucumber, marinated in sour cream, sugar, red onions, lemon juice, salt & dill.

Portuguese Salad
Curly leaf lettuce & vegetables.  Served with our homemade vinaigrette Portuguese style.

Mimosa Salad
Romaine lettuce & julienne vegetables. 
 Served with a creamy mandarin dressing
and topped with slices of mandarin.
